2. All items are non-exchangeable. No trades/swaps. No refund. 

We will not bear any responsibilities in the event of a wrong item ordered.

3. All orders are subject to stock availability,and there is no guarantee of order. However, we will do a full refund if your order is out of stock.

4. If payment is not received within 24hrs, after your reservation order is confirmed, your item will be release automatically for the next interested buyer. We hope for prompt payments in-exchange for prompt deliveries.

5. No refund will be given after you have made your payment unless the order is out of stock.

6. All items will be checked for defect before delivery.

7. It is understood that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions if you are purchasing any items from us.

8. For Pre-Order/Spree items, it is understood that we do not bear any responsibilities on minor differences and minor defects for these items. Pre-Order/Spree items will take about 3weeks to arrive, payment must be made first before ordering, please take note and do not purchase if you do not agree with the above requirements.
